Luke 12:27 “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these."

Wildflower Acres Farm is a female-owned and operated farm located in Madison County in North Florida. We raise and breed registered New Zealand and Purebred Kiko goats selected for parasite resistance, strong maternal instincts, and performance in pasture-based systems. Our goats are performance tested both on farm and through programs such as the University of Florida Buck Test. Our goal is to produce hardy, productive goats that thrive in real-world farm conditions while providing quality breeding stock for producers throughout the Southeast.
WAF's founder, Susan Manning spent many years in the corporate world before "retiring" to farm life. That means she's usually up at sunrise to tend to the herd before working on infrastructure, doing periodic health checks, studying goat health, looking for ways to improve the herd, and occasionally dealing with goat shenanigans!
A quote that sums up Susan's approach to her work has been hanging on her office wall for 20 years - “To fulfill a dream, to be allowed to sweat over lonely labor, to be given a chance to create, is the meat and potatoes of life. The money is the gravy.” ~ Bette Davis
